Hi! My name is Ashish Gupta. I am enrolled in the Computer Science at Birla Institute of Science and Technology and I am expected to graduate in 2021. I interned at Convergent Technologies as a Data Analyst. I also love cooking, playing badminton,cricket and Table Tennis! The objective of this project was to develop a web application for faculty and admin to post course materials, course and general notifications, analysing the performance of students e.t.c. Scrum methodology was followed for the management of the project where the progress of the project was tracked using the pivotal tracker.
The objective of this project was to recommend movies to the users. Various techniques like content-based model, Collaborative filtering(biased and unbiased), SVD(with 100% and 90% retained energy), CUR(with 100% and 90% retained energy) and Latent factor model(biased and unbiased) were used to recommend movies to the user based on predicted ratings.
The messenger bot has to uses knowledgebase with Aiml and responses are exchanged between the user and the bot.The bot recommends the user to select a subject based on their domain of interest or based on their preffered professor or recent trends in the industry or the recent trending jobs.

The project also aims at predicting future rainfall trends and provide useful insights in rainfall distribution of Indian Subcontinent. The aim of this project was to design a protocol over UDP with reliability features in a P2P (Peer to Peer) Setup. UDP is not a reliable protocol So the aim was to build a protocol over UDP such that all the data sent from a person reaches other person without any loss of data.For reliable Transformed Selective Repeat procedure was followed. This allowed for manging various situations like loss of packet,corrupted packets,Delay of packets and reorder of packets
The aim of this project is to build a Diagnosis Expert System can help a great deal in identifying diseases and describing methods of treatment to be carried out. The project uses knowledge graphs that aims to provide the patients with medical advice and basic knowledge on various diseases. chest pain, cough, fainting, fatigue, headache, back pain, sunken eyes, low body temperature, restlessness, sore throat, fever etc. along with its severity status and provide the patients with medical advice.
The purpose of this project was to build an application to reduce manual work and providing an interface for managing hotel bookings.The user can fill their details and book the hotels and rooms of their choics It has some enhanced features like automatically generating the waiting list if rooms are not available and allocate accordingly as vacancies are generated. The main motto of this project was to build a website using object oriented programming.

The GoForFit App was created with the purpose of “Sports Education and Fitness Assessment,Intervention and Monitoring for School Children”. The objective of the app was to apply data analytics on the GoForFit database that contains students' performance details. Several graphs were generated to display analyzed data graphically. The graphs were further used to identify trends on how students were performing in different areas of study.
